Cindy to face Legal Actions For Failing to Pay Debts

Famous self-proclaimed “kingherself” is facing it rough after an events company filed a case against her for failure to pay her debts which she agreed to after failing to turn up for the performances when she was booked last year on the 31st of December 2017.

The “Onina” singer is said to have bagged Ugx 2million out of the agreed amount from Bliq events entertainment where the singer had come to an agreement with the event’s organizers to pay her Ugx 4million after the performances along with her band.

Meanwhile, according to one Denis Cindy’s representative during the agreement of the performance deal and in court revealed that the singer had been summoned Nakawa court to respond to charges filed by Bliq events entertainment.

Nakawa court magistrate Noah Sajjabi advised Cindy’s representatives and lawyers that the singer and the complainant to take matters out of court and solve amicably and refund the concerned body the required amount, the court ruling as well instructed the complainant to report to court on Monday in case they fail to have a mutual agreement.

However, Bliq events have asked for a wholesome amount of ugx12million to cater for the losses and other damages which were incurred during and after the incident and are reluctant to settle for any amount less than Ugx12million.
