‘Jungle Book: Origins’ Delayed, ‘Wonder Woman’ Moved Up

“Jungle Book: Origins” is coming later than expected while “Wonder Woman”, on the other hand, is inching closer than scheduled. Warner Bros. has made changes in the release dates for the highly-anticipated films in addition to announcing two dates for new unknown DC films. 
“Jungle Book”, directed by Andy Serkis, will now arrive October 19, 2018, slightly over a year from its October 6, 2017 original date, but Serkis is “absolutely thrilled” about the delay. In a written statement released on Wednesday, April 6, he said, “The ambition for this project is huge. What we are attempting is an unprecedented level of psychological and emotional nuance in morphing the phenomenal performances of our cast into the facial expressions of our animals.”
