anessa Carlton‘s “One Thousand Miles” can be considered one of the catchiest songs of all time after it was featured in “White Chicks“. But it appears the songstress is not happy about one particular fan of the song.

Celebrating International Women’s Day, Chris Brown took to Instagram to post a clip from the song. However, Vanessa didn’t appreciate it at all knowing that he was arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, she responded, “Today Chris Brown posted my video. I am now being repeatedly tagged to his account. Being that today is International Women’s Day I feel compelled to draw a line.”

She then touched on his assault case, calling the “Loyal” singer “perpetrators of domestic violence.” The 37-year-old singer-songwriter added, “I do not want to be associated with an artist that has assaulted women on a day like today. Thank you #internationalwomensday.”
